Prior to joining The Law Offices of Dr. Bruce G. Fagel and Associates in 1992, Mr. Draganov spent many years representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases, with a concentration on birth injury litigation. Since changing his career focus to exclusive plaintiff representation, Mr. Draganov has become a valuable part of the Fagel Law team. His defense experience and expansive knowledge of birth and brain injuries significantly aid the firm’s efforts to successfully represent and obtain financial compensation for our clients.

Legal Responsibilities and Accomplishments
Mr. Draganov’s career has been entirely devoted to litigating medical malpractice cases. He is based in our firm's Orange County, CA office and his specialties are representing plaintiffs in birth, brain and other catastrophic injury cases.

Licensed in both California and Montana
Mr. Draganov is licensed to practice law in both California and Montana, allowing the firm to expand its focus and represent Montana residents as well.

Background
Mr. Draganov graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1975 with a Bachelor’s Degree in philosophy. After receiving his law degree from Western State University College of Law, he was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1985 and the State Bar of Montana in 1986.
